Return Policy

If a hat arrives damaged or the item is not the one you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unworn items in their original condition can be returned.

To start a return, contact us with the order number and the item you wish to send back. Once the return is received and checked, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Used hats or items that show wear may not be eligible.
